One of the homework assignments that the clients are given is a stretching exercise in their palest color. The photo you see above is one of the clients who's palest color was Orange. He was asked to teach the class the chicken dance dressed up like a chichen. You might ask what does this have to do with career transition. Well it is a fun way to lighten up and step outside your comfort zone. Career Transition is about change and being willing to step outside your box. This is one of many steps that you are asked to take that helps you experience success in stepping outside that box.
